Miah Industries LLC is committed to making LAN Scout usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology.
What we've done
- VoiceOver. The interface is list-based with descriptive labels on icon-only controls.
- Dynamic Type. Text scales with your device's text-size setting.
- Chart summary. The latency chart is decorative — the same data (current, average, packet loss) is shown as text beside it.
- Standard controls. Built from standard iOS components, so Voice Control and Switch Control can operate it.
Known limitations
LAN Scout is actively developed and some screens may not yet be fully optimised for every assistive technology. If you hit a barrier, email us with the screen and the assistive technology you were using.
