These terms govern your use of Sprout & Sow (“the app”), published by Miah Industries LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the app you agree to them.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement, which also applies.
The app
Sprout & Sow is a gardening planning and reference tool. Planting-date guidance, hardiness-zone recommendations, and plant care information are provided for general informational purposes — actual results depend on your local conditions, and the app is not a substitute for advice from your local extension office or a professional grower.
Raised beds, the property map, planting guidance, journal, and houseplant list are free to use, no account or subscription required.
Subscriptions. Photo plant identification requires Sprout & Sow Premium, a monthly ($2.99) or yearly ($19.99) auto-renewing subscription, both with a 7-day free trial. Billed to your Apple ID, renewing automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in the iOS Settings app under your name → Subscriptions.
Prices may change; we'll give notice through the App Store before a change affects an existing subscription.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miah Industries LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Material changes will be noted in the app or on this page.
